1. Who is responsible for your data
100 Avenue CommV, trading as 1OO-AVENUE, Miksebaan 62E, 2930 Brasschaat, Belgium (VAT BE 1039.228.603) is the controller of your personal data.
2. What data we collect
We collect the data you give us and the data created when you use our website:
- Identity and contact data: name, e-mail address, phone number
- Order data: delivery and billing address, items ordered, order history, VAT number for business customers
- Payment data: handled by our payment providers; we do not store your full card details
- Messages you send us through the contact form or the Request a Piece form
- Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, collected through cookies and similar technologies
3. Why we use your data
- To handle and deliver your orders, and to provide customer service (contract)
- To meet our legal obligations, such as accounting and tax rules (legal obligation)
- To send you our newsletter, only if you subscribed (consent). You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every e-mail.
- To keep our website secure and improve it (legitimate interest)
4. Who receives your data
We only share data where needed: with Shopify, which hosts our store; with payment providers; with carriers and delivery partners; and with our accountant. These parties process data on our behalf or under their own legal obligations. Some of them are located outside the European Economic Area. In that case, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as the EU standard contractual clauses. We never sell your data.
5. How long we keep your data
We keep order and invoice data for as long as the law requires, which is at least 7 years for accounting records in Belgium. Other data is kept only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.
