At 1OO-AVENUE, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags attached. Items that show signs of wear, have been altered, or are missing original packaging will not be accepted.

To initiate a return, contact us via email or Instagram before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Exchanges We are happy to exchange items for a different size or colour where available. Please contact us first so we can check availability.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.

Damaged or incorrect items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will resolve it immediately.
